- Utilizes larger roller diameter (DynaChem is using Φ100mm, while all the other suppliers are using Φ78.6mm). This increases the footprint from ~7mm to 9mm to achieve excellent heat transfer (28.6% up) and adhesion.
- Capable to handle ultra thin and thick panel: min. 25μm, max. 12.7mm.
- Capable to handle ultra large panel: 787mm x 787mm (31" x 31") with excellent pressure uniformity.
- Utilizes shear cut for film preparation to avoid chip generation and contamination on panel surface.
- Real-time display of panel exit temperature for process monitoring.
- As an option, the machine supports wet lamination.
- As an option, DynaChem's unique function - lateral cut, is available for preparing film in various width. This suits the high-mix production environment to eliminate the time wasting of frequent film changing.
