Robotic Loader / Unloader for Brown Oxide

System Workflow

The system is integrated with brown oxide line. Here is the workflow:
1) Withdraw panel from rack and load to brown oxide conveyor.
2) Unload panel from brown oxide line.
3) Deliver the panel to desire position for storage or pre-layup.
4) Place prepreg for pre-layup.
After finishing the pre-layup, the stack could be conveyed to layup clean room for further process.

Benefits

- Cost effective - only one operator is needed for brown oxide process, with addition of pre-layup. The workload of layup process has also been reduced.
- No human handling during the entire brown oxide process to avoid scratching or any other handling issue.
