- Employs vacuum, heat and high pressure to achieve perfect lamination with excellent encapsulation and no air trapped.
- The pre-tack unit prepares cut-to-size film and pre-tack the film on substrate for next-step vacuum lamination.
- Applies two-step lamination - dynamic and static slap down, to ensure excellent adhesion.
- Flattening unit contributes an excellent flatness of laminated surface with high precision SUS plate.
- Utilize roll-to-roll PET conveyance system.
- Optional lateral cut function aims to trim dry film in machine, benefits the production environment of high mix / low volume - not neccessary to frenquently change dry film with different width.
